Our Staff
The teaching team at 2024 westtown day care is made up of highly qualified and experienced teachers and teacher’s assistants who are specialized in the age group in which your child will be placed. Each teaching staff member is a professional who believes in the value of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and approach to early learning.
Each of our teachers is trained for your child’s specific age level and stays with the child throughout the entire day for continuity and consistency. A devoted group of teacher’s aides assists the teachers with daily activities such as changing diapers, feeding, cleaning and replenishing supplies. This allows our teaching staff to focus on what they do best – interact with and teach your child.

Our Curriculum
Our curriculum incorporates music, science projects, math and other educational activities into everyday learning opportunities. Our low child-to-teacher ratio allows each teacher to focus on individualized attention for each child. This enables children to grow in their understanding and abilities at their own pace, rather than in a class that moves too quickly for many children.
Our teachers are experienced professionals who meet stringent certification requirements. They are passionate about working with children and use their skills to support today’s big milestones as well as tomorrow’s success.
